High platelet count and high risk for pre eclampsia

Hi, anyone get high platelet count during pregnancy before? Is it common ? can share more if anyone had it. My gynae say might need to see blood specialist but he said observe first..I have high risk of pre eclampsia too and was given aspirin. Does anyone who has high risk of pre eclampsia after taking aspirin will not get pre eclampsia? So stressful..
