Nausea without vomitting

Anyone here feeling nauseous all day but no vomitting? 🥺 I never vomitted from start till this day. I'm 7 weeks.. but always having nausea (no vomitting) It's so uncomfortable

Same here 😞 having dificulty to eat also.. most of the time i only take porridge, sunsweet dried plum and guava
