Try switching to handsfree pump and take in more liquid. I usually drink about 4-8L per day (1-2 litres before, during and after pumping). Can also consider sunflower lecithin to help thin out the milk first incase there’s any clogged ducts. I started out as low supply too and I was stressed out over the amount. Subsequently I just cover up the bottle and give whatever I have. Definitely not an overnight thing but try not to be too stress about it as it’s the biggest milk killer. Don’t be guilty, don’t compare and don’t bother about anyone telling you about how good their supply is. End of the day, bm or fm, baby fed and healthy is what’s important. Jiayou! 💪🏻

Pump more often to increase the milk supply. Drink green papaya fish soup. I'm selling away sunflower lecithin as I stop breastfeeding. Are you interested to buy?

I also 10ml only. So decide not to stress myself n jus give whatever I hv. Spend more time w baby more impt
