Successful Pregnancy after Stillbirth and Missed Miscarriage

Anyone experience po to have successful pregnancy after stillbirth and missed miscarriage? Wasn't try to have APAS test? I lost my first baby due to stillbirth. At 35 weeks, found out no heartbeat during ultrasound. In my second pregnancy, unfortunately it was missed miscarriage. My baby supposed to be 11 weeks but on my ultrasound found out AOG still at 6 weeks and 1 day and no cardiac activity. 😢
