hemorrhoids during pregnancy
hi! anyone experience hemorrhoids during pregnancy? this is my 2nd pregnancy but first time experiencing bleeding when i poop. how do you treat it? or shld i consult my gynae?

1. Increase your water intake. 2.5 to 3lt per day. 2. Eat good amount of fruits and veggies daily. 3. If you’ll consult your gynae they will give stool softeners, if you already have that start taking them. I have had recent experience myself, sharing what my gynae advised me.
Read moreLactulose is safe for pregnancy. Available OTC in guardian / Watsons etc - been using it. Fybogel helps to increase fiber but make sure to keep up water intake, otherwise the fiber is just going to clog up the system
