16 weeks pregnant

Anyone else about the same week as me and your body is screaming in pain on every parts? Wanna do a full body massage but I know that some point on the reflexology can trigger contractions. Not sure if age plays a part as I'm 36 yrs old. Never felt like this before with my previous pregnancies though I know every pregnancies are different. Even a short walking distance makes me stop to catch my breath and my feet became red and super sore.

can try source out for prenatal massages with reputable agencies. dont go to normal massage/spa places bcos they might not be an expert. if im not wrong 20 weeks onwards able to go for prenatal massages. it helped me alot especially for back pain

Yes, I ever go to those physical shops on my last pregnancy and they actually don't even dare to massage me cos I was pregnant. Still 4 weeks more to go to 20 weeks! The aching makes me so fatigue and unproductive unlike my previous pregnancies where I was super active

Is this your 1st pregnancy? I was having alot of aches too when I was preg..
