Sore/painful heel

Mummies, how do you deal with pain on your heel? I am gonna be 20 weeks pregnant and the pain on my heel is quite unbearable & they're always turning red! I can't stand or walk for too long without wincing. Daily feet massage only helps to ease a bit. Never had this problem before I am pregnant but I know the pain is due to the weight of the uterus.
