Yes. I took it on my first pregnancy due to caesarean. The wound will heal faster. Didn't take it for my 2nd one as I got mine from a friend back in Malaysia.

I had a friend whose entire family took this during their pregnancies and they had good results but I didnt because I think it's too expensive.

They said it's good for the child's health as well, their kids dont really fall ill. My MIL used to bug me to take it and I told her it's too expensive and I dont earn enough to take it everyday, even if I do it would only be like 1 box for entire pregnancy. I dont think it's necessary but good to have, afterall this is processed stuff and its not mandatory from the gynae. So eventually she stopped pestering me to take it. Unless she's buying me, then fine. If not then it's not practical to go broke trying to give the best (theres so many other ways than this).
