Exercise/ stretching.
Hi. Is anyone doing any exercise or stretching ? I feel I am okay to do, but I'm worried when it comes to doin poses that require bending all the way. If anyone is doing a routine pls do share. Tks 😊

Yes I’m doing at times to ease the pain/aches. You can find them on YouTube/instagram/internet there’s a lot of resources available nowadays
