Hi! For myself, I just follow those prenatal yoga from YouTube and so far so good for me. Am currently 20 weeks and I feel like stretching and light exercise help me feel even better

Yes I’m doing at times to ease the pain/aches. You can find them on YouTube/instagram/internet there’s a lot of resources available nowadays
