Numbness in arms and legs

Hello, anybody experience numbness too? It affects my sleep especially when I sleep on my side. Wondering how do you all deal with it?

How many weeks are you? I had Numbness / swelling on legs, not arms though. This numbness only came in the 3rd trimester….i tried to resolve it by 1) elevating my legs when sleeping 2) getting my husband to massage my foot 3) using a footstool when sitting up straight to work …

haha I'm only 12 weeks! I feel like it's my sleeping position pressing onto my arms. not used to sleeping on the sides perhaps.
