Any work-from-home/freelancer parents here? How do you manage your time for work and for your family? :)

I work for an Australian employer so my working hours is 7-4pm. I make sure that my baby is well-fed so I breastfeed during meetings. During my lunch break, I play and put my baby to sleep. At exactly 4pm, I sign off from work and spend the rest of my day with my baby.
