How about couple yoga? Yoga has been known to relieve stress as proper breathing techniques are required in order to maintain poses. Don't think too much about it? The more you think about it, the more you'll psych and stress yourself out. Also, how about giving each other a massage. It helps get the blood pumping, accentuate relaxation and you'll initiate intimacy. Throw in music and light some candles -- you'll be good to go ;)
