Broccoli Tikki -- This cheesy and crunchy delicacy is sure to steal the hearts of both young and old alike. Ingredientsfor The Tikkis: 1 cup finely chopped broccoli 2 tsp oil 1/2 cup finely chopped onions 2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun) 1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies 1/2 cup boiled , peeled and mashed potatoes 1 1/2 tbsp cornflour salt to taste Ingredients to be mixed into a stuffing: 1/4 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese) 2 tbsp grated mozzrella cheese Method: 1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes. 2. Add the garlic and green chillies, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes. 3. Add the broccoli and salt, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally. 4. Remove from the flame, transfer to a bowl and allow it to cool completely. 5. Once cooled, add the potatoes and cornflour and mix well. 6. Shape each tikki into flat rounds. 7. Press a little in the center of each round to make a depression. 8. Place very little paneer-cheese stuffing in the center of each round and roll again to make a 25 mm. (1”) flat round tikki. 9. Grease the tava (griddle), using 1/2 tsp of oil and cook the tikkis using the remaining 1 tsp of oil, till they turn golden brown in color from both the sides. 10. Serve hot.

It can't get any quicker than DIY microwave popcorn. If you don't want to use a microwave, a wok is fine as well. Throw in corn kernels with some butter for your own affordable popcorn. CLEAN EATING CARAMEL POPCORN INGREDIENTS: 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter 1/2 cup honey 8-10 cups popped popcorn DIRECTIONS: Read through the steps first so you know what you to. You’ll need to work quickly. In a small pot, warm the honey on high heat. Bring it to a boil. Let it boil up in the pot about 1 inch and then quickly remove from heat. Stir in nut butter with a whisk and whisk until smooth. Should be “pourable”. Pour over the popcorn and mix with a spoon. The mixture is hot, so don’t be tempted to mix with your hands. You will need: - Bread of your choice - Tomatoes - Olive oil - Fresh Basil - Sea Salt and Black pepper - Garlic How to make: * Cut open the tomatoes and remove the seeds and then dice * Dice the garlic * Chop the basil * Combine the tomatoes, garlic, basil and add olive oil, sea salt and black pepper * Toast your bread - Combine the tomatoes with your toast and you're done! no bake cheesecake I always do. 3 ingredients 1) cream cheese 2) condensed milk 3) vanilla extract for the cheesecake 2 ingredients 1) biscuit any will do or can choose oreo cookies 2) butter Mash the biscuits and mix well with melt butter and put to fridge ( for about 5 mins) cheesecake part cream cheese, half can condensed milk and vanilla mix well pour into the biscuits finish and put it to the frigde again (for about 4 hour) and enjoy...

Only "troublesome" part is to shake the tray every 10mins. I usually roast them from 40mins (because I like them crunchy) and only season towards the last 10mins.

How about Avocado with banana dessert? Quick and easy. Ingredients: 1/2 ripe avocado 3 tbsp fresh milk 1 tsp honey 1/2 banana Methods: Mash the avocado and set aside. Heat up the milk. Add milk slowly into the mashed avocado and stir well. Stop when it reaches the desired consistency. Add in honey and stir well. Cut banana into 1/2cm thickness and arrange on top of avocado purée. Enjoy!

How about pigs in a blanket? I always have a package of puff pastry at home as well as hotdogs so this snack is my go-to for the weekends. Place the hotdog in the middle of the puff pastry, roll and seal shut with egg wash. Egg wash the entire pastry and put in the oven for 20 minutes at 200degC or till golden brown. You can substitute hotdogs with a season tuna mix. Sooo good.

things to buy: round spinach popiah skin block cheddar block mozarella cut the cheese in strips. boil spinach and drain place 1 strip cheddar 1 strip mozarella and a handfull of spinach... roll them in the popiah skin. seal with egg yolk. fry. and serve them hot. yuuuuuuummmm... (now im hungry🤐)

Peanut butter banana tortilla rolls. Use whole wheat wraps if you're feeling healthy or cheesy ones if you're not haha. You can warm the rolls in the oven and the result is glorious gooey crispy goodness!
