Try making overnight oats: - 1/4 cup rolled oats - 1/3 cup milk - 1/3 cup regular/greek yogurt - 1.5 teaspoons chia seeds (optional) Mix everything in a glass jar and place in fridge overnight. Serve in the morning. You can also add some fruits for an even healthier version. I love overnight oats. Easy to prepare, nutritious and the combinations are endless. :)
