Any easy paella recipes? I'm not a very good cook but my tita is requesting it for her birthday. Thanks!

Hi hi, not too sure if there is a difference between Spanish paella and Filipino paella but this recipe from Epicurious (I love love love that website) is one that I've cooked over and over again and it is amazing and not difficult at all.
