Not a heavy wetter but sweating excessively

My 6.5mos baby girl is not a heavy wetter (weewee). She used to be pure breastfed but since I was worried about her urine output, we supplement her with formula but her output is still the same. However, she do sweat excessively so does it count as output? I'm a bit worried with dehydration kasi #dehydration #

yes, if he sweats a lot it's still good though sabi nga nla naipapawis nya sakit nya. Keep feeding him milk by following the guidelines sa box ng formula nya. Signs of dehydration one is sunken fontanelor un sa ribcage nya malalim
