Buko sa umaga at more on water no juice, milk, or softdrink, tas nag yayakult din ako, iwas din ako sa maalat, sa pagiging anemic nman nag uulam ako atay ng manok,kangkong yung pampataas ng dugo tas yung ferrus. ayuko nung mga gamot na antibiotic kasi natatakot ako baka may mangyari kay baby.

currently I have UTI now, I am taking antibiotics for 7 days, I have asked two OB and they said there's an antibiotics that will not harm my baby. better to cure as soon as possible to avoid complications. 17 weeks preggy.
