Folic acid- prevents neural tube birth defects which affect the brain and spinal cord. Iron- helps blood in both the mother and baby carry oxygen. Calcium- helps prevent from losing her own bone density as the baby uses calcium for its own bone growth Iodine- deficiency in iodine can cause stunted physical growth, severe mental disability, and deafness. Can also lead to miscarriage.

depende kc mommy sa mga lab test result mo pero ang initial talaga sa first check up is folic acid, then following check up dadagdagan yan ng multi vitamins, mine is obimin then dagdag ng calcium and iron. iba iba kasi binibigay ng ob na brand.

Prescribed sakin ng OB ko during early pregnancy was OB MAX (Pre and Post-natal Multivitamins) at Folart (Folic Acid). And noong 2nd trimester na, she prescribed to take OB MAX parin, VITAMIN C and CALCIUM.

Hello sis, better ask your OB. Pero ako kasi pinag take ako ng folic at multivitamins. Nag start ako nung 7weeks until now 12 weeks preggy.

thankyou for answer

pagmultivitamins po maganda yung obimin plus. kadi meron po syang DHA na tumutulong sa development ni baby.😊😊😊

it's better if you ask your OB. ako ngayon 13 weeks na, mosvit elite ang vitamins na nireseta sa akin :)

ask your ob po. sakin may prescribe si ob ng multivitamins, calcium, folic, and ascorbic acid

Thankyou for answer

better po galing sa ob
