My mom used to massage our legs everyday when we were babies para maging proportion ung shape and distance ng legs. Sobrang tyaga nya in massaging our legs that's why we're thankful to her walang sakang samin. she also did it to my eldest child, and he too has really nice shape ng legs. I failed to let her do it with my youngest though kasi we already live far from her. Sadly, medyo sakang sya. Napapagalitan nga ako kasi hindi daw ako marunong mgmassage. :(

Try not to carry your baby sideways, yun tipong un pelvic nya is nasa tagiliran mo, isa po un sa mga famous na dahilan na pag kasakang. pero lahat po yan ndadaan parin sa masipag na pag mamassage wag lang sosobra.
I agree with Blair. Massaging babies regularly really helps plsu yung pagbibilad sa babies under the sun ng morning from 6am to 7am is good for them talaga.
