sakin po morning ko po talaga sya iniinom kasi yung multivitamims+minerals ang pang gabi ko po pero sabi naman ni OB anytime of the day daw po basta may laman ang tyan pag ininom

Follic acid-after lunch kasi dun ako busog. Di ako ngbbreakfast e. Usually gatas or milo lang Multivitamins- after dinner
