Granola oats yung fitnesse na brand 3-4 tbsp + half tbsp of chia seeds for breakfast plus kung anung ulam namin. Nasusuot ko na uli mga shorts ko after 2 months. Ung chia seeds nakakapayat siya at the same time nakakaboost ng breastmilk.
