ferrous sulfate and folic pwede pagsabayin. lagi din yan pinagsasama sa mga multivitamins. calcium kalaban nila.kaya wag mo isabay. it will affect their absorption. best taken ang calcium vitamin after meal ung iron vitamins best taken on an empty stomach. best to take it with vitamin C or orange juice. pag medyo sumakit sikmura you can take it with a light meal. many pregnant women take calcium vitamins twice a day because they can't drink milk, nasusuka sila, but if nakakainom ka ng milk, once a day lang usual advice ng doctors
