Certificate of Non Cash Advancement, Certification of Separation and L501 po ang hinihingi ni SSS na kelangan mong kunin sa previous employer pag separated from work. CTC of birth cert, operative record (pag CS), bank account ang iba pang requirements.

momsh,, paistorbo lang po.. separated din po ako,, kaso nagresign ako sa work di pa naman ako buntis.. after 2 months ng pagresign ko, dun ko lang nalaman na buntis ako at nagpasa ng mat1.. required parin po ba magpasa ng cert of non cash advance?

mga momsh, paistorbo lang po.. separated din po ako,, kaso nagresign ako di pa naman ako buntis, after 2 months ng pagkakaresign ko, dun ko lang nalaman na buntis ako at nagpasa ng mat notification.. required parin po ba magpasa ng cert of non cash advance?
