vitamins for the the 1st trimester

Nireseta sakin ng OB ko sa 2nd kid ko is Hemarate FA (Iron) and Caltrate Plus (Calcium). Then sa 3rd baby ko ngayon, nag take din ako niyan pero lagi akong nasusuka pag iniinom ko ung Hemarate FA, kaya pinalitan. Folic Acid, Vitamin B Complex and Caltrate Plus. Pag naging okay na daw ako, this second trimester, pwede ko na i take ung Hemarate FA ulit then Caltrate Plus. I'm currently 5 months pregnant. Pero di pa ko ulit nag iiswitch back sa Hemarate FA 😅
