For CS moms

my OB told me on what to bring para makapag poop after the CS. idi-discharge niako after i poop. like bringing gelatin and iced tea, since dapat ay soft food lang after the CS. kaso nagpoop nako sa diaper right after the CS. hindi ko pa ramdam un due to anesthesia. best to discuss it with your OB. here's my hospital bag. For Baby: Damit, socks, mittens, bonnet, swaddle cloth. Newborn diaper. Water wipes. Baby bed sheet, pillows. Alcohol, cotton balls, bath towel, baby soap (in case). for Mommy: Button down pajama set (para hindi mahirap magpalit kapag naka swero). Big panties (highwaist) dahil sa adult diaper. Maternity pads. Malunggay supplements, Breastpump (in case mahirapan maglabas ng milk). Toiletries Nursing bras. Others: Spoon/fork/cup Liquid dishwashing/sponge
