Hi po, maybe you mean effect po? UTI and if it's salty manas or yung iba high blood pressure, for too much sweets it might lead to GD. (Not an expert this is base only sa mga nababasa ko dito). The best thing to do is to eat healthy meal like more gulay at prutas.

Kung di mo talaga mapigilan, yung mug rootbeer ang inumin mo. Walang caffeine yun. Pero moderation lang dahil lahat ng sobra ay nakakasama.
Prone ka sa UTI, pwedeng makuha ng baby mo pag pinabayaan mo. Pag nahilig ka naman sa softdrinks, possible na mataas blood sugar mo.

Pwede ka magka UTI. Unhealthy din for baby yung taas ng salt at sugar content ng junk food at soda.
