Threatened abortion 12 weeks AOG

Ano po recommendations sa inyo ng OB nyo nung kayo ay nadiagnose with threatened abortion? Paano po pag di talaga maiwasan maggalaw galaw kahit nadiagnose na nito? Will I lose my baby?

been on bed rest since my 6th week po, ngayon mag 12 weeks nako.. full bed rest talaga iwasan ang contact, pagbubuhat at pagkilos. tapos inumin yung pampakapit na nireseta. I tried cleaning lightly and maglakad lakad once, nagbleeding ako.. fortunately okay pa si baby till now.
