Low-carb diet. Oatmeal or corn instead of white rice. For bread, choose whole wheat bread. As much as possible iwasan lahat ng matatamis even fruits like mango, watermelon, grapes.

Avoid white rice. Use brown or red muna. Avoid any form of sugar din. Rice stores sugar in the body kc kaya carbohydrate sya.

As soon as possible wag ng mag rice . Mag oatmeal ka nalang kesa mag rice then more water and eat fruits and vegetables po :)
