Fruits, skyflakes. Small amount lang po kainin niyo. But eat every after 2 hours. Nguyain nalang din po ng mabuti mga kinakain. :)

Iba't iba po kasi ang pag bubuntis ay, ganyn sdyang ganyn po basta kain lang po, makuha lang nutrients nung food para maibgy din kay baby

Same nung first trimester ko.. Pinipilit ko pa rin po, more water, fruits at minsan po fresh fruit shake

Same lang sis,basta everytime na sinusuka mo yung mga kinain mo,kain ka lang ulit ng paunti-unti.
