Ano po mga usual na kinakain niyo while preggy... Diko kase mapigilan ang rice ngayun huhu, and nag gain na din ako weight.

Ako din napapa.rice ulit ngayon kasi laging gutom. Kala ko nung umpisa okay lang. Pero sabi ni OB, wag white rice. And my OB said na small frequent meals throughout the day. So im opting for brown rice. 1 cup a day, split into 2 meals. More fruits and hopefully more veggies soon. Then 1 sandwich, wheat bread, split into half para 2 snacks din. Then nagbabaon ako ng yogurt drink or milk/soya/almond milk plus anmum. I also make oatscaldo pang baon with chicken and mushrooms para healthy 😊 and I read somewhere din kasi na since we're prone to constipation, mas better brown rice and wheat bread.
