Control lang sa usual intakes mo noon, kung 2 cups ka cut mo sa 1 cup nalang, no softdrinks and matatamis kasi isa din yan, more on fruits & veggies ka nalang and konting meats :)

Oatmeal or 1 cup of rice Gulay Prutas No added sugar Whole wheat bread po sis... more water and Exercise everyday ❤️
