Drink lots of fluid and make sure you eat small snacks from time to time. Don’t let yourself get dehydrated because vital and fluids especially when breastfeeding. You can opt for eating oatmeals in the morning and also cookies ganyan. Good luck mommy! You can do it 👍🏻♥️
Unli latch lang po. The more may nagsstimulate sa brain (thru sucking) to produce milk. Magproproduce talaga sya ng milk. The more demand the more supply 🤣😉 Plus keep hydrated.
m2 lactation momsh, nakaka-help po magpa boost ng milk po yan. 🤗🫰🏻 yan po ang gamit ko sa first baby ko ❤️
Drink more water. Eat healthy foods. Kumain ng masasabaw na pagkain. Iwas stress. Pwede din uminom ng natalac capsule.
