Sa amin, in general ay kung ano ang meal naming adults, iyon din ang kay 2yo. If ever man na hindi magulay ang ulam, we make sure na may fruits sya as dessert or snacks ☺️ For breakfast, we eat bread with egg and tomato/cucumber. Or pansit, suman, kakain, etc. with milk kung gusto nya. Minsan oats or plain cereal but very minimal to no sugar.
