Go to breakfast ko nung buntis ako ay oatmeal, tapos ulam pag lunch at dinner ay gulay + fish (ginataang kalabasa, ginisang togue, chopsuey, monggo) naka repeat ako ng ganyan kasi di ako pwede sa lahit na ano lang since diabetic
