Increase your fluid intake mommy. Eat green leafy vegetables and consume fiber rich foods. Kung may tinetake kang iron supplement like ferrous sulfate, okay lang mag darken po ang stool. :)
Hello Mommy! Are you taking ferrous sulfate na po? If you do, maaaring yan po ang reasong ng black poop. Water lang ng water, veggies to aid sa hirap magpoopoo.
