Bedrest problem

Ano po best solution sa pangangalay ng balakang lagi? every night i encountered those things. im 16 weeks pregnant and its hard for me to sleep at night. btw im in bed rest so hindi ako masyado natayo at naupo gawa ng open cervix ako. ano pwede gawin mga momshieee? badly needed. :(
