Natural Med for mild cough and runny nose?

Ano po best na pwedeng gawin o inumin para di lumala ubo't sipon ko? Aside sa med. Last month lang kasi nag take ako ng antibiotic na prescribed ni doc kasi inubo ako e as much as possible ayoko na mag take ng meds, herbals o natural med na lang muna san. 20weeks pregnant na po ako. Thank you.

Hi sis. Nung buntis ako nagkaubot sipon din ako humingi ako kay pedia ng reseta pero sbi nya drink calamansi juice with no sugar, drink warm water regularly and inhale ang usok from warm water. Hndi lang kasing bilis ng gamot na iniinom pero nawala din ang ubot sipon ko.
