try try mo mommy mag veggies. Jan lang kase mkakakuha ng masustansya ang anak mo e. Fruits dn kaen ka. Sa mga meat naman, siguro chicken breast, sa pork wag ung matataba. Kase nutrients niyan napupunta sa baby mo.
