It also checks the fetal maturity.. yung LMP kasi is for baseline data lang mostly pero definitive parin ang age or edd via ultrasound lagi. If LMP based kasi saming mga doctors sinasabi namin na it’s not final. It is almost always plus or minus 2 weeks from EDD via LMP. So if your LMP is March 29, that is plus or minus 2 weeks depende parin kung maaga ka maglabor or not.
