Opo may makukuha po kahit voluntary at depende po sa hulog pag mataas ang hulog mo mataas din ang makukuha niyo lalo na pag wala kayo naskip na month. Ito po mga kailangan na pinasa ko noon. 1. Bith certificate ni baby(photocopy ng certified true copy kasi wala pa PSA dati si baby ko) 2. Picture ng ATM ko. (Pwede po PNB or Landbank basta yung savings account)ask niyo po sa kanila sa SSS kung ano pa po yung pwede na bank. 2. Saka yung form na pinirmahan ng OB ko kaso nakalimutan ko na kung ano ang tawag eh parang abstract report na galing sa OB. Yan po sana makatulong.
