Ano ang mga healthy alternatives sa candy? Especially if your kids love sweets? Minsan kasi normal fruits dont cut it anymore.

Fruit pops and mixed fruits in milk, that's what I usually service my toddlers. If I feel na sobra na sila sa cakes and chocolates, I come up with creative ideas na lang with the fruits we have at home, at least healthy pa din.
