Ang saya makapag ipon ng stash just by catching letdowns during lo's feeding, then hand express ung matira niya ? Proud padede moms kaway kayo dyan! ?‍♀️

    Pag nagdedede po si lo sa isang side, may nakasalo na silicone pump sa kabila mommy para sa letdown. Tapos hinahand express ko after naman ung dede na pinaglatchan nia after nia dede.. meron po sa youtube ung proper hand expression :) mas marami lumalabas pag hand express kesa pumping for me..
