masakit po ba talaga mag hand express ng milk? first time ko po mag hand express kanina may sakit po akong nararamdaman eh. normal po ba yun?

It shouldnt hurt mommy. May videos sa youtube ng proper hand expression. May proper positioning ng fingers sa pagpisil para maayos at makuha ng tama ang pag express :) you'll get better with practice din :) plus, mas nauubos ang laman compare sa pump :)

Masakit at first nandahil sa pressure. But learn how to hand express properly mawawala din ang sakit. Try mo din mag MQT Nipple Care Balm para mas mag open pores mo and mawala hapdi ng nipples.

Ayaw nyo po itry pump. Natry ko na din magpump gamit kamay maskit din talaga

Sa una masakit pero kapag nalaman mo na yung proper way hndi na po 😁
