aww I know the feeling too! Since 1st trimester I've had a loss of appetite. Most food disgust me. Just try to find something that you can eat repeatedly w/o being bored. I find dry foods more appealing. Like crackers, biscuit and such. If you're losing too much weight then better to get advice from gynae
I din eat rice but i had quite a bit of cod fish whenever hb cooked. Along wif asparagus and etc..
itโs best to have a balanced diet but since you donโt have appetite, just eat what you can
