Lo kept crying at night

My almost 21 mo recently kept waking up and crying in the middle of the night. She sleep with us on the separate bed (but just next to ours). She will wake up about 3-4 times and cry a lot like in pain. Try to cuddle her to sleep but when put her back on the bed she will cry again.

should be night terrors, it should be over after a few nights but might happen again. when that happens, just comfort her and Pat her back to sleep.

sounds like night terror. my girl went through a phase like that. but my girl was teething too. her back tooth was pushing out. so she got shocked

Can she tell you if she did feel any pain? The night wakings could be because of dreams too.

Nightmare? Did she get punishment or scolding for being naughty recently?
