Do you allow your parents or in-laws to meddle whenever you have a problem within your immediate family?

It never hurts to take advices from them, I am pretty sure they all have been to a point where they have experienced the same, they are probably letting you know the circumstances so you won't be repeating the same mistake twice :)

I take advice, but meddling is definitely too far. Everyone really has good intentions and solutions so I respectfully listen and consult, but at the end of the day, decision-making is between me and my husband.

No. Before, I used to seek advice from my family but I don't allow them to get in the way if I have problems with my husband. It's not a good idea.

No. Things can get overly complicated when parents or in laws meddle. Better to seek counsel among close friends or marriage counseling.

No. We practice leaving and cleaving so we don't allow them to meddle with any problem or family decision. We seek advice as needed.
