congrats mommy! bawal magpagod, magbuhat ng mabibigat, avoid caffeine, bawal ang stress, bawal alcohols, no to Salon muna like rebonding or treatment, no to massage din. bawal ka din sa mga panlinis ng bahay or banyo..i mean ung mga chemicals

Talk to your ob about your concern at and history mo ng miscarriage. Ask you Ob na din about sa pag take ng mga pang pakapit like duphaston

Based on the experience that you had, I would suggest for you to take full rest (which means no heavy work) esp in the first trimester.

Paalaga ka sa OB, since may history ka ng miscarriage... eat healthy foods, bed rest ka lng and more water in take... Godbless
