threatened miscarriage

As per advise by my ob i got my tvs ultrasound .. should be 8 weeks pregnant .. it shows na ndi dw lumaki ung embryo at may krinkled yolk sac with no heartbeat.. papasecond opinion sana .. may nakaexperience na po ba ng gnito pero nagtuloy prin sa normal pregnancy .. thanks
