Eto po yung reference na pinakita ng OB ko. Kung gaano karaming rice, same amount ng green leafy veggies. Fish mostly, occasionally meat, tapos fruits. And mas ok daw na rice na lang instead of bread kasi may added sugar pa ang bread vs rice na carbohydrates lang. If nag eexercise po kayo before getting pregnant, ok naman ituloy, basta wag sobra sobra. Drink lots of water especially now na magta-tag-init na
